Hello, I'm Ruth and I am a nurturing, driven, skilled professional in infant development, with 20 years of experience in absolutely all aspects of the childcare field — with 15 of them supporting first time parents and their infants (including multiples).
As an infant focused specialist I have certifications in the disciplines of:

IRE Infant Sleep Training (zero CIO - no tears),

Safe Sleep Ambassador.

Newborn Care Specialist (NCS).

Postpartum Doula (PPD) and current Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.

My main goal is to provide ample support to parents in helping their children to gain an advantageous head start by building the foundations to be the best version of themselves, so they can succeed intellectually, emotionally and socially with strength, kindness and integrity.

What truly sets me apart in the field is an intuitive/emotional/empathic perspective, which has always allowed me to establish a real understanding and deep connection with infants, kids (and yes, teenagers!) and their parents.
Every single baby and child are completely unique, different and extraordinary, therefore my approach is personalized in a unique and different way that will suit each little human’s personality and needs.

I've been helping parents to navigate the wondrous, yet daunting road to parenthood for about 20 years now, and I understand the challenges and concerns that arise with the arrival of a new, precious life.
I do know how important it is for parents to find honest, specialized, compassionate support...
After being surrounded by babies, babies and more babies, I’ve decided to translate my skills and expertise in creating gentle -yet effective- strategies for parents with the biggest concerns I see since their newborns open their eyes to the world for the very first time:

That little bundle of love in your arms is your baby, and you know them better than anyone else. Anything and everything you're doing to keep your baby happy. healthy and safe is perfectly good!
Despite the expectations everybody around might have about how to do parenting 'right' (including your family and friends), only you know what works for you and your child.
That's what I tell every single new mom I get to meet, and I mean it!
And although I haven"t had the wonderful experience of motherhood, the truth is that when I hold a baby in my arms, or hug a child, I can, in a way, sense what they are feeling...
And that's why I do what I do!
I want to help, to offer my support and expertise, to connect with parents that want to raise happy, kind, confident, successful children, but not by selling infallible methods, cookie cutter lists or rigid steps to follow.
I like doing things a bit differently, and that's why I offer, a personalized, individually suited process, created with empathy, understanding, and all my knowledge and skills bundled in a package that will work for you and your family.
